Local Brewery News
North Sussex CAMRA currently has the following breweries in our region. All have taprooms where you can sample their beers (plus other tipples) and are open at least several days every week- check the links for details of opening hours.
Breweries who have news that can't wait for the next edition of Sussex Drinker to be published just have to ask their BLO to pass the info on to the webmaster.

Horsham Brewing Company
HBC have lauched a new beer for the winter. American Brown is a 5.5% brew made with American hops backed with toffee caramel.
Brolly Brewing
There will be further collaborations with brewers from the "Sussex Brewers Collective" and they wil also be brewing Green Hopped Brolly Head and Old Ale in September.
Firebird
Azacca is being replaced by 'Nectaron', a new single NZ hop beer. There is also a a new hazy IPA 'Overtime'. Old Ale will be available from mid-November and Coffee Porter will be back for the winter. Check the website for one-off brews.
Food on Sunday lunchtimes is being trialled and Thursday evening events are restarting.
Flying Trunk
Upcoming beers include a bonfire beer brewed for East Court Bonfire Society; this is an amber-coloured warming autumnal ale (5.0%), fermented with a Belgian yeast strain and with bonfire toffee flavours from the black treacle that was added to the boil.
Coffee Way Past Your Bedtime (7.2%), based on the CAMRA gold award winning stout brewed with 5 dark malts, has been rested on a bed of single origin Kenyan coffee beans to produce a real treat for stout lovers.
Hepworth
A festive Christmas Cracker (4.8%) will be available in cask and bottle.
They are also continuing to brew the historical Thomas Harry’s Ale
Missing Link
Mocha porter ‘vervet’ is once again available on tap and in cans.
Aleworks Brewing Co
Brewing and supplying beer to the Wilding Shop and Wilding Restaurant on the Knepp estate re-wilding project.
A pilsner has been introduced and can be sampled at HBC in Horsham.
