Local Brewery News
North Sussex CAMRA currently has the following breweries in our region. All have taprooms where you can sample their beers (plus other tipples) and are open at least several days every week- check the links for details of opening hours.
Breweries who have news that can't wait for the next edition of Sussex Drinker to be published just have to ask their BLO to pass the info on to the webmaster.

Aleworks have completed their brewery upgrade and have things running
smoothly. For special events and festivals, they will be producing seasonal
cask ales in addition to their normal production ales. Currently planned
are a double chocolate porter and a modern English IPA, using modern English
hops.
Having completed on the brewery upgrade, they are looking outward and
planning to develop relationships with free houses to have their beers
regularly available.

Flying Trunk
The new taproom and bottle shop (next door to the old one) is now open from Thursday to Saturday. Full details Full details HERE

Kissingate
Gary and Bunny will be presented with 3 more 'beer of the festival' awards on August 30th for the Isle of Man, Kingston and Pigs Ear events.

Firebird
The brewery now a new fermenter. Parody has won Silver in Regional CBOB Champion beer of Britain)..
